WARM WATER EXERCISE – Linda Stark, Instructor (Exercise Pool)
This class is specifically for people experiencing “twinges in the
hinges” or painful physical
ailments. Designed exercises help participants improve their joint
range of movement. When performed in warm water, movement often helps
relieve pain and stiffness. This will be a fun, friendly and warm
atmosphere class (water temp is approximately 88-90 degrees).
Class time: 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.
STEP - MIX IT UP- WATER
AEROBICS - Linda Stark, Instructor (Exercise Pool)
Have you ever tried a land step aerobics class, but thought it was
just too hard? Then come try this class out! In this class, we will work
both our upper and lower body, using steps and other equipment. This
class will be a great way to improve core strength, balance and
coordination. All ages and abilities welcome. Class time: 5:15 - 6:00
p.m.
DEEP
WATER DYNAMICS – Linda Stark, Instructor (Main Pool)
With the help of flotation devices, this no-impact workout builds
core strength and cardiovascular abilities. Class also includes
stretching and relaxation techniques. Need not be a swimmer to
participate. Class time: 6:15 - 7:00 p.m.
SHALLOW WATER WORKOUT -
Linda Stark, Instructor (Main Pool)
A fun way to focus on training core strength, cardiovascular
endurance and stretching.
This class allows you to work at your own pace and speed. All ages
and abilities are
welcome. Class time: 7:15 - 8:00 p.m.

Going on vacation? Purchase this card to attend any 6 classes at your
Convenience, $35.00 for residents or $45.00 for non-residents.
In order to be properly staffed for each class,
please pre-register and pre-pay. All aquatic exercise classes have a
minimum and maximum number of participants.
