WATER AEROBICS FOR OUR MATURE FRIENDS - Angie Walker, Instructor (Exercise Pool)

We have all heard the term - “use it or lose it” - we know it is true! Now is your chance to do something about it. This class focuses on flexibility and strengthening your whole body to make everyday living easier and more comfortable. The natural buoyancy of water makes this exercise class so much easier than one on land! The water temperature is 88-90 degrees. Class time 9:00-9:45 a.m.

WARM WATER ARTHRITIS WORKOUT - Angie Walker, Instructor (Exercise Pool)

This gentle exercise class will help you build and improve flexibility, mobility and strength.

Exercise programs that take place in the water are total body workouts that are easy on the joints and helpful to people with arthritis. Join us and begin your total body tune-up. This

class meets in the exercise pool (88-90 degree temperature). Class time 10:00-10:45 a.m.

ANGIE’S DEEP WATER DYNAMICS - Angie Walker, Instructor (Main Pool)

Have you wanted to start exercising again, or have you wanted to try cross-training? Here’s the class for you! This class will be taught entirely in the deep end. Angie will use a variety of equipment and progressive movements to target all of the major muscle groups in your body. This will be an invigorating class that you will love. It is not necessary that you know how to swim since you may wear a buoyancy belt for support. Class time 11:00-11:45 a.m.

WARM WATER WORKOUT - Linda Stark, Instructor (Exercise Pool)

This exercise class will help you build and improve flexibility, mobility and strength. Exercise programs that take place in the water are total body workouts that are easy on the joints and helpful to people with arthritis. Join us and begin your total body tune-up. This class meets in the exercise pool (88-90 degree temperature). Class time: 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.

SHALLOW WATER WORKOUT -

Linda Stark, Instructor (Main Pool)

A fun way to focus on training core strength, cardiovascular endurance and stretching. This class allows you to work

at your own pace and speed. All ages

and abilities are welcome.

Class time: 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.

 

In order to be properly staffed for each class, please pre-register and pre-pay. All aquatic exercise classes have a minimum and maximum number of participants.
