Evening classes
WARM WATER WORKOUT - Linda Stark, Instructor (Exercise Pool) This exercise class will help you build and improve flexibility, mobility and strength. Exercise programs that take place in the water are total body workouts that are easy on the joints and helpful to people with arthritis. Join us and begin your total body tune-up. This class meets in the exercise pool (88-90 degree temperature). Class time: 4:15 - 5:00 p.m. Linda Stark, Instructor (Main Pool) A fun way to focus on training core strength, cardiovascular endurance and stretching. This class allows you to work at your own pace and speed. All ages and abilities are welcome. Class time: 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
In order to be properly staffed for each class, please pre-register and pre-pay. All aquatic exercise classes have a minimum and maximum number of participants.
